Hi, my name is Cay & I've been tested & recently diagnosed with A1AT after being told my Aunt tested positive & being treated for Emphazema & having to be on O2 therapy. Do both parents have to be positive or carriers for this disease to be passed onto the children? I live in New Hampshire.
