Hi, My Mother Has Been Diagnosed With Pyoderma Gangrenous And

Hi, my mother has been diagnosed with pyoderma gangrenous and has very severe leg ulcers. She also has rheumatoid arthritis and vascalitis. She is on a combination of medication comprising of oramorph, diclofenac, pregablin, omeprazole and amtriptyline. Obviously these are making her very drowsy and dopey. I am concerned that this combination could be dangerous and have long term affects. Please can you give me some advice?

Many thanks
