Hi, My Husband Is 47 Years Old. He Suffers From

Hi, my husband is 47 years old. He suffers from CML (chronic lymphocyte leukemia) for 1 year and half. He is under treatment with Tasigna (Nilotinib) and his CML is under control now. He also had RCC (Renal cell carcinoma) and he went under surgery for radical nephrectomy and adrenectomy (Left Kindney) 9 months ago. In his PET-Scan report no sign of malignancy or metstasis to lung were reported. Now in the report of his CT scan small basilar opacity at left lung lower lobe is seen about 21*5 mm suggestive of post. Op organizing scar tissue and no sign of pulmonary metastasis was detected.

I highly appreciate you to let me know what reasons might cause this situation? Can these results have relationship with any tumor or beginning of lung cancer in him?
i highly appreciate you to
