Hi, my girlfriend has sever pain in the back of her left trapezoid (?), the upper back part of her shoulder, that gets a little relief when she reaches over with her right hand and applies pressure on the spot that hurts. She has been under a lot of pressure in the last month with work, family, etc. She uses a chiropractor occasionally, and did last week to try and help with the pain, but tonight she is tears. She is going to try and make it through until morning with a heating pad, which helps a little. She's also trying deep breathing techniques and to mentally relax her body. Any ideas or suggestions?
