Hi my back is in severe pain it feels like electricity is shooting up my spine it is constantly cracking and popping and i am needing to crack it or roll it out on a foam roller over 50 times a day easily. i am going to physio but it is not helping i have a torn rotator cuff aswell. the tightness of my back muscles are like rock . my chest is getting tight from the amount of pain and making it harder to breathe. any idea on what i should do i had a scan on my brain and xrays a few month back and they saw nothing. i previously had numb toes and shins.
