Hi, ive notices for at least a couple months some discomfort around my abdominal area. Upon self inspection, i can feel some ball shaped strusture. About 2 or 3 weeks ago, upon continued inspection, i can also feel a medium sized lump like oval structure on the left side, top pelvic area. On finding this, i went to the consultation the next day. The doctor, by means of physical examination commented that she thinks is a lipoma and wanted me to do an ultrasound of the area to confirm. Since then, i was not able to get an ultrasound done, after being told that the machine isnt working. This was 2 weeks ago.

A bit of additional information;
*approxinately a month ago, i went to the clinic because of urine problems; i was urinating frequently, and especially at nights i would have burning. Throughout the end of last year and the start of this year, i had a bad case of urine infection that affected my kidneys and spiked my bp. But after having recurrent symptoms and consulting with the doctor and having urine test done, im mostly told that all is well with the results. Until about a month ago, a nurse i showed my result told me that it says theres blood present in my urine and attributed it to mentruation but at thag time i was not mentstruating.

*another problem is that, 3 times in the past month or 2, i was aroused sexually but without any kind of penetrative sex and each time there was some amount of blood in my discharge.

*i also feel really bloated around my low abdominal area at times when i try to press(without any force) to feel exactly whats there it hurts a little.

*the last time i was sexually active is the 2nd of January and my last menstruation is in April.

I would just like to know someones opinion on everything i mentioned above, please.
