Hi im just worried and scared and i cannot find any answer.. i think it was last month i went to the bathroom and poop then flushed it when i looked at the toilet there was a small black worm like a centimeter or smaller size.. i just ignored it.. then the second encounter is when i urinated i didnt flash it yet but didnt saw if it was already there.. the third time is today i poop again then flushed it then i saw it again.. im really scared and curious what it is.. i dont know if it came with my urine or stool.. pls gelp me i dont know what to do.. :(
