Hi im a 40yr FTM with a miscarriage 9 yesrs ago. Im currently pregnant and have had 3 successful ultrasounds with heartbeats increasing each kne last one last monday was 163. I have a subcronobic bematoma that is 3mm in size and had to have the rh factor sbot as im o- and the daddy is b+. I went for a follow up ultrasoind today and should be 9w but nkw no heartbeat was seen and he said i measured 7w1d but last minday i was 7w4d possibly +/-5 days due to measurements of the bead?? The dkctor today said be didnt see movement either which i wasnt sure yiud see alot at 9w? I asked him to turn on tbe doppler he told me it wasnt anh use since he didnt see the beart beating or any movement so nkw i do a wnd opinion sono hes sendibg me in for at a imaging center. I asked him to draw hcg levels and be said no nlt til next monday or tuesday. So im totally lost. How be can setermine ive lost my baby.....nothing adds up not the measurements, no doppler, no blood draws.... Help me unddrstand how a mwdical professional can say this without exhausting all avenues
