Hi i'm 35 yrs.old,2 years ago i was diagnosed to have diffuse adenomyosis. My ob-gyne told me that i have to undergo depo which i did for 7 months then i stop. After a year the pain occur again. So i undergo transvaginal ultrasound and the findings is normal size retroverted uterus measuring 4.7x5.0x4.5cm,thin endometrium,endometriotic focus right ovary measures 2.0x1.8cm,normal left ovary dilated segment of left fallopian tube,hyrosalpinx, normal size cervix measures 3.3x3.5cm with nobothian cyst measures 1.1x1.0cm. I am suffering from severe pain even without my period. I just want to know if it is possible for me to have hysterectomy or shall i take pills and pain reliever for this? Thank you very much.
