Hi, i was born with flat feet and i want to start learning mixed martial arts and i want to know the disadvantages of flat feet and is there any advantges of having flat feet while fighting in the ring and by the way i am 16 years old so if flat foot is really a serious problem please recommend me some solutions that can help me if its a bad thing before flat feet affects me in a bad way
