Hi i take numerous vitamins and wanted to know if it was safe. I take vitamin c, d, e, b12 every other day, magnesium every other day, biotin, fish oil, calcium, probiotics, and cranberry pills. I am 20 years old eat a healthy diet- sometimes dont eat enough and dont have any other medical concerns. I want to know which ones i should stop taking or if it is okay for me to continue on them.
