Hi, I Am Hoping You May Be Able To Point

Hi, i am hoping you may be able to point us in the right direction or help in any way.
My mother is 80yo and on her own and still independant.
She has always been positive and active in the garden etc, but in the last few years, she has slowed down and i understand she is not getting any younger, she has osteo arthritis in particular in her feet. The pain she endures is almost unbearable and finding it difficult to walk or stand for 2 long. She gets around with the aid of a walking frame. She takes medication prescribed by her doctor, but does not relieve any pain. Is there anything such as treatment, medication that may help her manage the pain to help her continue with her day to day activities and some quality of life. Look forward to your response. Regards Frank (her son)
