Hi, i am a 19 year old female, about a week and a half ago i started my periodand it ended, then about 5 days later i had a light pinkish liquid when i wiped after restroom use, then later on was blood only on the paper then the next morning was blood clots in the toilet but not when i wiped, after that it went away. Ive also had back ache, head ache, lght headed and today had the urge to vomit. I havent ate much and ive had a scalloped tounge for awhile. Ive looked it up and some syptoms say it may be B12 deficiency but i just dont know about the vaginal spotting! Can anyone help?
