Hi for the last 2 months in the middle of my monthly cicle I have had excruciating pain coming on both sides of my low abdomen at too of legs. The first month it woke me out of my sleep. The second month I went to the toilet and the toilet filled with blood in the I was not bleeding before and did not bleed after but 20 mins after the blood the pain came. Again today I am in the middle of my cycle and the pain has come today no blood this time. Each time I have taken ibruprofen 400 and 2 X paracetamol 500 and the pain has subsided. I am on a lot of pain meds already so generally pain when I notice it is at the excruciating level. I have EDS - HT PoTS and Heamochromatosis and Osteoporosis arthritis in all joints. I am on Morphine Nortryptaline and either ibruprofen gel or tabs as required normally for pain and apply cream for my arthritis. My GP has taken swabs of my cervix and did and abdominal exam. She has sent me for blood tests the too 2 vials. She said if all results come back normal she will send for ultrasound. She also said if it comes back I am to go to surgery or hospital.... I didn't go today. What could be wrong? Thanks Lyndsey.
