Hi doctor, my name is jesse I'm a male. I have a sore where my scrotum and for lack of a better term kangaroo pouch meet. It's about as bid as a pencil eraser oval in shape with light redness around it. To me it looks exactly like a canker sore. But I've never seen one anywhere but around the mouth. I'm in a relationship and have not been in sexual contact with anyone else. Should I be concerned??
