Two days ago while using a resistance band, it recoiled and the major inpact was on my face and a slight impact on my left eye, now after two days my eye has swelled a little and I am having a little bit problem in opening my eye fully, except that I have no other problems, no pain, no redness , no vision problems, should I see a doctor or simply just apply some ice for the swelling?
