Hi Doctor, Right Now Am In The Hospital Staring At

Hi doctor,
Right now am in the hospital staring at my brother who is asleep. He is male,3My brother has been exhibiting TB symptoms for about two months but only started treatment abt a month ago.He first did a chest Xray and the a CT Scan with results saying Miliary TB.He went further to do the sputum test for TB with the result coming out negative for TB.The doctors were perplexed and asked him to do the more expensive TB test using blood.he did and the result came out positive.During this period he was very weak having lost alot of weight and could barely walk.He had a small lump on the left side of his head, lost his appetite and his left shoulder ached badly with terrible joint pains .He was placed on Rifapin,Isoniazid, pyrazinamide, ethambutol and greatly improved within a week of treatment. It was like magic, the shoulder pains reduced,he regained his appetite and started eating tremendously. In fact within two weeks he was so much better.By the 3rd week into the treatment ,the improvements started fading. He started sleeping more and got weaker.Fever like symptoms came back and though they disappeared, headaches came, the shoulder pains returned with a vengeance alongside general joint pains. In the last 48hrs,he became agitated and incoherent, often acting anxious .He slept almost throughout and refused to take his drugs often acting abit confused and aggressive. He also started forgetting things and intermittently would only remember the his high school days and no further.then from nowhere he would have back all his memories. Immediately an MRI was carried out on his brain which showed lesions.Right now he has been sedated and he is asleep. It seems to me like the drugs only worked for two weeks and then the Tb became resistant. The doctor treating him seems to be inexperienced in dealing with him and abit confused. Please i need an experienced Doctors opinion on all i have said.Doctors advice on the immediate course of treatment for him. If we should stop the old drugs and start using new ones altogether?Or should we mix up drugs and what drugs exactly should be used? Pls take note ,he has refused to ingest drugs via the mouth,so IV drugs are needed for starters and then the tablets can be started a couple of days after. Please i wanna show the response i get here to the doctor attending to my brother when he comes to attend to him in a few hours time. This is urgenttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt.

Thank you for the anticipated response and GOD bless
