Hi Doctor, I Was Diagnosed PCOS And Have Taken The

Hi doctor,

I was diagnosed PCOS and have taken the following medication MCBM 69 , Glycomet for 3 months (however my random blood sugar are normal) and during this cycle I was advised to take Siphene 100mg for 5 days. Later doctor conducted follicular monitoring whereby my follicular size on day 15 was 22 mm (left ovary) 18mm (left ovary) and 11mm (right ovary) and my endometrium was 9.4 .
I was given trigger shots to ovulate and doctor told both the follicles have ovulated successfully . Now doctor has suggested to take duphaston 10mg twice a day for next 10 days

1.Please let me know why duphaston is prescribed and I am also taking MCBM 69 , Glycomet as advised?
2.What are the chances of conceiving
3.Since this is first cycle doctor suggested to continue the same procedure for next two cycle and if I do not conceive , tube test will be done. Do you advise to do tube test at this stage
