Hi Doctor I Do Feel Pain Below My Chest Sometimes

I do feel pain below my chest Sometimes when I wake up in the morning and the pain is obvious when I try to take long deep breaths. I also noticed that whenever I lie on my stomach maybe while watching a movie for like 10 minutes or more I get uncomfortable and feel that pain.
However the pain goes away as I take continuous long deep breaths.
Do I have a bad sleep pattern or position or what's happening?
