I am 28 yrs old.. my 1st preg get aborted.. after 2yrs i get pregnant and lossed fetus due to loss of cardiac activity.. now after 1.5yrs i get pregnent and i take scan at 33 days, only gestational sac is present no cardiec activity and no poles are there... my gyn prescribed me duphastone 10 mg tid.. and tab. Aspirine 75mg once a day.. and micronised progestone p/v once at night time... my doubt is is it duphastone is safe in my pregnancy? How much days i will take.. as i read 16week to take, after 16 weeks if we stop it .. is cause miscarriage or any harm to fetus.. and any effect of aspirine and how much days it should be taken?
