Had a thoroscopy of the right lung, developed pneumonia in the left. On antibiotic through midline. Developed hip & lower back pain, to the point of no longer being able to bear weight. Drained lung, had CT scan, & MRI. Began having hallucinations. B12 number is double what it should be, white cell count has continued to rise. Today, had an episode where he began speaking total jibberish—could answer yes, no, & okay, but any sentence was completely incoherent. Could not remember his name. Readmitted to the ER at this time—concerned he has had a mini stroke or developed encephalitis, which he previously had in 1988
