Hi am an African woman age 25 and I recently gave birth to my first baby 2weeks ago,my problem is my lower lip is turning into pink from the inside half (I have dark colored lips) Am also experiencing lower belly and back pain and I feel fatigued most of the time. Am kindly asking for your advice and assistance as am now worried I could be developing some serious sickness. I was tested for HIV during my pregnancy and my results came out negative.
