Hi about two weeks ago I had a little accident (fell off a chair) and my ribs on the right side became really sore, over the two weeks they have been tender but getting better every day, yesterday I done a bit of fitness which was more tender then getting changed after I felt a pop feeling and terrible pain, it feels like a back spasm but in my ribs. hurts to get out of bed and to genially move. does it sound serious or should I just take it easy for a few weeks. also what would be best pain relief? Thank you
