Hi, This morning while I was watching TV/eating apple, I got a heavy feeling in my left chest - not painful -but like a burp being stuck. Then 2-3 minutes later, I had tingling sensations in my left arm to left ear; and then the sensations started moving rapidly and the whole left side felt weak. And then started left face twitching and left eye started to have a blurry vision. I panicked, and started to walk, when I noticed my heart was racing and I was sweating in palms. I sat for sometime, and after feeling a little better, went off to sleep. Had 7 hour sleep, but still feel a little funny in the left arm, not any specific twitches on the face right now though. WHat could this be? PLease help me as I'm scared and economically well to rush to a doctor directly
