Hi There

I was wondering if my MRI results could be explained to me. I was told by one doctor that it came back normal and I was told by another that it was not clear if it is 100 % normal. I am suffering from a lot of symptoms - the main one being nausea and vomiting. My MRI states:

"FINDINGS: Discrete hypoenhancing anterior pituitary lesion is not identified with certainty. No focus of abnormal T2 signal. No contour abnormality is visualized. Infundibulum remains midline. No suprasellar lesion is seen. No mass effect upon the optic chiasm. No cavernous sinus lesion. No empty sella. ICA flow voids are preserved. Normal posterior pituary bright spot. Visualized brain parenchyma is unremarkable. IMPRESSION: A discrete pituary microadenoma or other sellar lesion is not confidentially identified by MRI."

Hi, I had an MRI of the Brain on 11/15/13. Findings: Some minimal T2 high signal in the periventricular white matter and there are multiple small nodular foci of T2 high signal scattered in the subcortical white matter of the cerebral hemispheres and some central patchy T2 high signal in the posterior pontine white matter and white matter high signal has increased when compared to 9/27/2004 compatible with interval progression of mild small vessel disease. What are your feelings on these findings? Also, should I be concerned about the carotid artery?

The test results I have on my neck state. Left sided facet hypertrophy throughout the cervical spine. Mild broad based disk bulge at C-3-4, osteophyte formation with mild canal stenosis at C4-5 and C5-6. Small disc protrusion at c6-7 with mild stenosis, mild left foraminal narrowing, and posterior osteophye formation at c7-T1. I was wondering if these are all normal degenerative changes, or if they could be causing symptoms. I am 59 and female. Thank you
