Hi, My son is 22 years old. He has heamophilia and was in intensive care 1 year ago with Pericarditis and Myocarditis. During this time he was diagnosed with BAV - Bicuspid Aortic Valve. He is awaiting an appointment with a heart specialist next week but is worsening in symptoms. He is extremely fatigued, sleeping 16-18 hours a day, heart palpations, dizzy sometimes, headaches, short of breath, coughing (not sick with anything). He is about 700klms away from me and I wanted to know should he be checked out before seeing the specialist next week.
