Hi My Resting Heart Rate Is 70 Beat. But When

Hi My resting heart rate is 70 beat. But when I move it goes up very quickly. Its between 100 and 120. When I exercise it goes to 140 up to 170. I dont feel out of breath when Iam at my max 168. Is it normal? I have been told to train between 130 up to 140. But that seems impossible as I'am in that zone just walking up the stairs. Question is it normal to be above 100 on a daily bases. And do I have to stay in the 50% 85% zone of my max heart rate to train witch means I would be hardly moving. Thank you. I have had a catheter and multiple treadmill test but everything seems normal.
