My mum has had an a condition for 5 years now which has now left her totally disabled. It started as a hunch in her shoulders - she is now fully bent in half, she cant lift her head, walk without a stick, she sits in a chair all day and doesn't move. She has stopped washing, takes no personal care of herself and drinks a lot. She lives with my aunt who now has to cut up her food for her. She is 58. We don't know what is wrong with her because she is refusing to go to a GP, she is not even registered with one. She has now left the house in over a year - not even to go in the garden. She is literally wasting away before our eyes and it is putting a great strain on out family. There must be some help out there we can get?
