Hi! My mom has had varicose veins for 45 years. She has phlebitis often, and the veins are thick and bulging. She experiences a great deal of pain, and is heavy. She doesn't exercise, despite things the doctor advises. She has noticed another bulging vein that has come up over the past days...and it is still getting bigger. She doesn't feel it needs to be checked. Your opinion?
