Hi. My left knee and leg are swollen. The front of my knee is painful when I bend it. My swollen leg will have a dent in it if I push it with a finger.
How can I alleviate this problem?
Should I see a doctor?
I've been doing strength training for two months.

hi, my brother is 59 years old. he has had back injuries and knee injuries as he woks as a builder. he has avoided surgery so far. He has had cortisone shots in the past. He is experiencing swollen knees, numbness throughout his left leg and is losing muscle mass in that leg. when he stands with legs together the size his left leg is smaller and could belong to a different man. what kind of specialist should he visit first?

Hi - I was recently attending a race which included jogging, swimming and some other pretty rough obstacles....anyway, the back of my left knee (and the knee) have been hurting. I just now realized that my left ankle is a little swollen and I feel a bit of pressure in my leg.....feels better when I keep my leg elevated. Should I ice it? Thanks!

Hi! I was practicing front flips into a padded landing mat, and I landed with my right leg straight up and down rather than bent and I felt pain in my knee . I stretched my leg and the pain went away and I continued for another hour. There was very little discomfort and no pain. It s three days after and my knee still does not hurt but feels swollen and tingly and have been walking on my toes on that leg to avoid over straightening.
