Hi. My age is 42 & I am have an adenomyoma, and suffer from very heavy bleeding which lasts up to 21 days. To tide over this difficulty, my obgyn prescribed me dinofirst tab for 90 days and pause xt during beginning of periods. Now I have irregular periods, one may last 5 days and next one would be 15-20 days. That is very difficult.

Is there a way to get rid of adenomyoma without removing uterus?
