About 6 weeks ago I tripped and bend all my toes under. At first it didn't hurt and I continued to run on a weekly basis, I also teach fitness ( no high impact ) x2 weekly. then after about the 3rd week I felt like I was walking on a marble, especially at home on my tiled and wood flooring! I had an x-ray, just to rule out a fracture, paid for private physio sessions and have taken anti- inflammatory for 14 days and its still the same!
