My 2 yrs daughter had high fever (upto 103)for 5 days which was managed with difficulty with meftal p, crocin n sponging.. It peaked up every 4 - 6 hours.. No other significant symptoms were there, she had mild redness in throat.. Dengue, malaria, typhoid came negative..
Doc suggesting viral. After 5 days fever is less frequent n max 100.5 but she's is vomiting a lot, also crying while passing stool as if having cramps.
She's taking crocin, antacid, ondem, augmentin now.. But even throwing up water n sometimes medicines

What should I do her appetite is totally gone n lips chapped.. Pls suggest..
