Hi, I;ve recently had a partial near total colectomy (they've sewn my terminal ileum to whats left of my sigmoid colon. Had a minor complication about 6 weeks into recovery sometimes difficult to pass urine; had been diagnosed with a inflammation around the wound/ or a possible hernia...) This morning I found a small lump of about 7-10mm about 4 or 5 mm of my right testicle. I had also noticed a lump in between my anus and scrotum because of the severe haemorrhoids I was having I hadn't given it much thought. I've read a lot of answers and I know pretty much what I need to do just wanted an idea of what I should ask when I see my GP for a referral could this be related to the partial near total colectomy? I had Serrated Sessile Adenomas alongside removal through flexible sigmoidoscopy nearly 130+ had been collected and a number of these had presented at 20mm+ I am 34. Any information would be appreciated. Lump feels attached to spermatic cord
