Hi! I've been getting itchy hives regularly for the past

Hi! I've been getting itchy hives regularly for the past couple of weeks. The first outbreak was mid Dec, I was in bed and started itching my legs uncontrollably only to find 5 quarter to golf ball size welts on my thighs (both sides). A day or two later they were gone. Then a week later I had two on my arm. In a day or two they were gone. Then last week i had one on my chin and cheek and I freaked, but it went away. Now I've got two on my arm and tons on my legs. I'm loosing it. I stripped my bed for bugs, my BF who has slept in my bed has nothing, my roommate has nothing - I think it is an allergy of some sort? I cut dairy and gluten out of my diet a couple of weeks ago, the only thing I ate today was gluten free cashew cheddar (fake cheese) macoroni and a kate juice (kate, cucumber, swiss chard, celery, dandelion, parsley, lemon, ginger) - food that i have been eating regularly for a year. I'm 29 yr old female with no allergies except ragweed... I got tested years ago, could I have developed something recently?
