Hi, I've been experiencing a dull chest pain constantly for

Hi, I've been experiencing a dull chest pain constantly for the past three weeks. I struggle to lie or stand comfortably. Last week, whilst relaxing on the sofa I suddenly couldn't breathe, I kept swallowing but no air would come in, I became dizzey and tried to stand to allow some air in but couldn't. Seconds later I felt a shooting pain from my stomach shoot up to my chest and felt a crushing pain in my whole chest, it was excruciating like my heart was about to burst, in my head I felt it was the end, this felt like it lasted a long time but must have only been a minute and then I was sick. As soon as I was sick it all passed and I felt better. Since then the chest pains have continued. I have just moved to Spain and have not yet sorted medical care and so am reluctant to go to a doctor unless necessary. Do you think I should visit a doctor?

Thank you so much for your time.

Hi. I m a 25 year old female, smoker, healthy normal weight for my height. I went to the Dr recently for SOB and a fast HB. Was put on an antibiotic which seemed to take care of the problem. Last night, I was relaxing on the couch and felt a very sudden sharp stabbing pain in my L arm that radiated to my chest. It happened twice. It alarmed me enough to sit up and move my arm wondering what the pain was. Shortly after I experienced a derealization episode and ringing in my ears. It subsided within five minutes. Right after I had hot flashes that were quickly replaced by chills. I did experience very very dull chest pain for about 20 minutes after the episode and I went back to feeling normal. For the past three years I have also had episodes where I feel as If I black out, but it only happens when I m standing. I know it s coming on be cause my legs will start to lose their strength and in my trying to keep myself up they will start to shake ( and I mean shake a lot). There have been a few times people have been around me and said that I grabbed onto them to hold myself up and was digging my fingernails into their back and wasn t responding to them when they would tell me to stop. I would quickly come to and remember I had an episode. I m being passed off as an anxiety case which would be okay with me if I had any tests done to show me it s nothing more serious. I did not have anxiety problems until I started with these weird symptoms. While the DR s think the symptoms are coming from anxiety, I think the anxiety is coming from not being diagnosed and dealing with these scary symptoms. What would you recommend?

I am 49 years old. I am having dull pains on the left side of my chest just below my collar bone. I have not experienced any shortness of breath, although I have gotten light-headed and faint before. I went to the ER with Chest pains a little over a month ago and the Stress test, EKG, and Echo all came back ok. They thought it may have been stress related. I was a pack a day smoker but have quit. I had no symptoms for about a month after going to the hospital but now they seem to be more persistent. My blood pressure has been normal when I check it. Wondering if I should go back to the Cardiologists to have more test done? I think the reasons for the original anxiety I was under are mostly gone now. Any suggestions?

Hi I have intermittent dull chest pain, deep intermittent muscle pain in shoulders, general fatigue, intermittent deep shoulder blade pain, leg weakness, and night sweating. I had borderline EKG this past Tuesday at walk in clinic and sent to ER with EKG that had S wave issue that was concerning. Troponin was normal - went home because my insurance not cover Observation. Still have these issues off and on. My GP has not gotten back to me, and my heart Dr. scheduled appointment for March 20. I don t want repeat of Tuesday, not being able to stay for observation as recommended to me. Should I just wait for a heart attack?
