Hi I'm just going to start off by saying I've been on the same birth control for ten months and this has never happened. Last week I started a diet that consisted of me probably eating way too little on the weekdays (600-900) calories with exercise. I know that's bad and I will quit that as it wasn't very fun, but the last two days I've noticed I've been spitting pretty badly. It is dark brown and now has bright red in it too. Its about the middle of my birth control pack. I don't know if this is a sign of pregnancy or if this was caused by stress and under eating. I haven't has sex for three weeks and we always use a condom too. But this is very strange because I haven't had irregular bleeding while on this birth control before.
