Hi, Im having mild to moderate left flank pain. Onset today. I have other problems but they may not be related, such as been struggling with overweight and ringing in ears, Right now the ringing in my ears is very loud - it comes and goes, and im very bloated and fat. I also have swelling in my lower legs for a few years now very mild and right now it is increased to pitting edema. But theses other problems may be related to feasting over the holidays. My question is since im not running a fever or feeling ill, can this wait till I have time to make and appointment, or is this a kidney problem that needs attention now. Im urinating ok. Is there any self help I can do in the meantime like is it a good idea to take asprin and stop eating.
