Hi I'm eating Gutkha since 3 years and I found effects of it in my mouth. Small opening of mouth( two fingers are going), cheeks go inside due to chewing and white bands in the throat. No ulcers found when I went to maxillo facial surgeon and he said you have OSMF. He tell me to put 7-8 tongue dipresser as a exercise but this exercise does not effect me. Please help me I'm just 18 and 6 months old worried about my mouth. This bullshit(Gutkha) took away my face look. Please recommend me any medicine or treatment for this to regain my mouth back like before. If necessary I'm ready to operate my mouth but I want my mouth back to its original condition like before.
My mouth opening closed 3 months back and I quit chewing gutkha suddenly.
