Barbara is a 62 year old female in generally good health complaining of sores growing on her skin. Physical examination reveals necrotic tissue deep below the cutaneous layer which was sent to the lab for culture and gram stain. Lab reports gram positive streptococcal infection.
What is her diagnosis?
