Hi, I'm A Type One Diabetic For The Last 21

Hi, I'm a type one diabetic for the last 21 years whose led a most colourful life that, in short has led me to a creatinine by level ranging typically between 180-220, an egfr ranging between 24-38 , this summer alone, but possibly most worrying of all is my short term diastolic blood pressure being about 90-128 as in upon waking my be this morning was 204/94 because when I've tried the ramipril or any of the other "diabetic" kidney function/ blood pressure control pills I find that my egfr tends to drop a point per day from when I stop, then recover up to 36-38 after I stop but of course my blood pressure inevitably rises up to the diastolic being around the 100 mark...in short to save me from a "cardio vascular event"( lovely euphemism by the way !) the kidney pills from ramipril etc to the pretty ineffective amlopodeine I'm on now tend to just murder my kidneys in the process of satisfying the blood pressure from my type one diabetic CKD....HELP!?
