Hi I'm a female, 5/3 and 120 pds..Monday 8/10 I went to a clinic with a dry persistent cough, drainage enough to clear my throat a lot all day, and I thought I had a temperature but was normal. I told her I was diagnosed with asthma two years ago but discontinued using the Dulera inhaler and albuteral inhaler after a year b/c I had no other problems. So she gave me an albuteral inhaler and prednisone 20 mg 2x daily for 5 days only. I have been doing the inhaler every 6 hours and the prednisone two daily and I have not gotton any better...at night and early am I really cannot stop coughing. I started taking Nyquil two nights ago that helps me sleeps for 4/5 hours only.
