Hi, I'm A 43 Year Old Woman (non Smoker) But

Hi, I'm a 43 year old woman (non smoker) but I am very ill and docs cannot figure out why..I do have a hiatal hernia, and severe gastrointestinal problems
I love in a rural area so sometimes it is difficult to find a specialist. One of my major concerns however is about a month ago.I was in the ER, SORES on my toungue, not.able to keep food down for over a week. When my CBC came back the news was bad. White blood cell count was so high the docs said they had never seen anything like it before, my red blood cell count was so LOW they wanted to do.a blood transfusion, but my doc said no. My regular GP. She wanted to wait. I was in the hospital for 3 days, tested for everything under the sun then released to my docs care. The very same thing is happening again. It seems to.be occurring monthly. The docs said that my wbc and platelets were not 'leukocytic'. I'm headed to the ER again soon. I'm just so frustrated , ideas?
