Hi, I'm A 36 Year Old Female With Chronic Back

Hi, I'm a 36 year old female with chronic back pain, mostly in the upper area including neck pain and also in the lower back. Once in a while I will get a muscle spasm. Over the past two weeks I have had multiple muscle spasms in my lower back. Early yesterday the area was really sore and as the day went on, the pain became unbearable - the worst I've ever had in my life. I took 2 Robaxin (about 2 hours apart so as not to take too much) and 1 500 mg Aleve. Even after that, it only shaved off a tiny amount of pain. Luckily that also put me to sleep, but I woke up a couple hours unable to move at all. This morning I could move and the pain was better, but I still was in a lot of pain. As the day went on it got worse and worse until I was in the same position as last night. So my question is: Should I go to the hospital, wait up to a week by making an appointment with my primary care, or just wait it out? If it helps, I have not been involved in an injury, I'm not pregnant, and I've never been pregnant. In addition, I'm currently under treatment for long-term central vertigo that the Neurologist is "guessing" is due to chronic migraine's. I mention that in case this is all related because I stumble around a lot. Also, to give you an idea, the back pain is a little worse than the worst migraine I've ever had in my life. Thank you so much!
