Hi.. I was taking omeprozole for mild gastritis a yr ago.. My doctor recently told me to keep taking it for a longer period of time which concerns me. Most of the time, I feel a discomfort in my right upper side rib cage area that tends to hurt on hip as well. Can't tolerate eating acidic foods but occasionally i do eat them. I would like a more natural approach to healing and in hopes for a remedy for this ongoing pain.
