Hi. I Was Diagnosed With PCOS In 2014 And Since

Hi. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2014 and since then, I have been taking Diane 35 and as expected, I bleed during those 7 days interval. The bleeding was regular every after the 21 pills until February of this year. I did not bleed last cycle and this cycle too. I had my check-up the other day and was prescribed with Duphaston 2x a day for 10 days. My OB advised me to stop Diane. I haven't started the Duphaston as I was a little bit worried with its effect Diane. Please advise on what to do as I am using Diane as contraceptive too. I have no plans of getting pregnant now so I don't want to stop Diane but I also want to get well. By the way, I was diagnosed with Diabetes 6 years ago, unfortunately, it's not managed although I was prescribed with Glucophage. My blood pressure is also high (not sure if because of the contraceptive as it is hereditary too). My OB strongly said that everything my body is facing now is because of my Diabetes. She referred me to the hospital to conduct lab tests such as HbA1z, CBC, FSH, Insulin, LH, Prolactin, Testosterone Total, T4 Total and TSH. Please help me before I go to the hospital and get these done.
