Hi, I Was Concerned About My Lower Abdomen. Yesterday I

Hi, I was concerned about my lower abdomen. Yesterday I was driving an ATV, and I hit a hole in the ground forcing my body forward. My upper groin went into the handlebar and there's a lump where the impact was. The following few hours I had difficulty walking. I iced it that night and the next day and the swelling has gone down. The impact was on my right side, but now over my femoral artery. It's painful to move my right leg once I start getting up. Once I'm up though, it's not very painful at all to walk. I've tried lightly jogging and that is painful. The spot is not very tender or painful to the touch. Only movement from my right leg produces pain. I think it's also worth noting that while lying down there is no lump visible. Only when I stand up does it protrude slightly. The size has gone down significally though from the icing.
