Hi, I was about to sign into my email acct. and felt a dry spot or what I thought was a small eighth inch or less scab and when I scratched it off I felt my hand becoming moist. Apparently I had sprung a leak that was powerful enough to reach halfway across the room. Quickly I put a cloth over it and it became saturated in no time. I'm not sure how much blood you can lose, but I was getting concerned. I was getting ready to go to the ER or the walk in clinic when I noticed that the flow had subsided. I want to know...What the heck just happened and do I still need to go see a doctor? any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
