Hi, I started to put on weight especially around the stomach, so I decided to go on a strict diet. I have cut out alcohol completely as people were telling me that was what was causing a flabby belly, I have halved my sugar input and generally eating healthy and walking more, however, after a month of this I have put on a pound in weight, feeling very tired all of the time and am urinating frequently, I feel there is something wrong somewhere and would like some advice please.
