Hi. I sometimes get a tiny amount of cloudy urine about a day after a session of rock climbing. It isn't a UTI, I know because I've had one before ( I use intermittent self catheterisation) and did once get it checked, but it's happened several times so I think there might be a link. I wondered if it could be due to lactic acid in my muscles being cleared or adrenaline or something like that. Is that possible?
